Our biggest challenge with this project was to ensure we delivered it on time, within budget, safely and that it also adhered to the very high quality expected of properties that are valued at up to £6.3 million.

Meeting key milestones was another challenge, and we accomplished this by making sure we worked closely with all other trades to secure timeslots with the tower crane and to gain access to the site at the right times.

The design and installation of our bespoke products met the design brief, which included attending weekly site coordination meetings to ensure safe delivery and installation of:

• 88 bolt on type balconies clad with GRC fasciae and millboard, complete with PPC vertical balustrades bolted on Balcon brackets. These balconies we’re built off site, delivered on a flatbed lorry and carefully craned into position by coordinating with the tower crane. Balconies were lowered into position and bolted from the balcony below.
• Supply and install 300 vertical bar balustrades to inset balconies, finished in PPC.
• Five penthouse staircases, designed to hover from the wall with structural glass and oak timber handrails.
• Manufacture and installation of 90 internal vertical bar balustrades and handrails to the two main stair cores.
• Erection of 250 meters of structural glass balustrades to the penthouse roof terraces.
• Aluminium planters finished in a core 10, lookalike paint.
• Purpose designed steel pergolas to the rooftops and garden areas.
• Supply and installation of bespoke gates, and access controlled pedestrian gates, to bicycle stores along with propriety bicycle racks.
• Bollard and barriers to the underground car parks.
