We received the brief to design, fabricate, finish and install architectural metalwork, secondary metalwork and security fencing for the new, Sir Simon Milton Westminster University Technical College.
The former Ebury Bridge Centre was designed by award-winning architect Sheppard Robson, and our work saw us completing a project that housed an 11-storey residential tower with 47 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and a new 56,000 sq. University Technical College (UTC) on the half-acre site. In addition, it has 23 secure, underground car parking spaces.

This was a project with a really tight deadline, which was made more of a challenge due to the constricted access backing onto mainline railway at Ebury Bridge, which made access, parking and offloading difficult. This made it crucial to coordinate with all other trades to secure time slots.
We had to use all our years’ of experience and expertise to make sure milestones were met on time, within budget and safely.
